Please note that todays Monk Fryston class is cancelled due to the bad weather.
Certain areas are clear but some are still very dangerous.
Please check the site regularly during the cold snap to make sure that your classes are on before you travel.
Thank you and be safe!

We would like to thank Mr Ford 6th Degree Black Belt for being our guest instructor on Saturday at the Horsforth and North Leeds classes. Mr Ford will be visiting regularly to help students correct their techniques and get ready for the next grading exam.
We had a great turnout with a packed hall of Horsforth students in attendance on Saturday morning and were lucky enough to have Mr Ford train the instructors and students at the adults and teenager class.
We had some great comments today from parents on how improved the etiquette and standards were. Several onlookers booked in for classes in the coming week which was also very positive.
As always we thank all of the parents, students, helpers and instructors for their continued support.
We look forward to having Mr Ford and his students visit us again very soon.
