29 March 2008 - Grading
Congratulations to all 104 Students who successfully completed the first Grading Examination of the year on Saturday March 29th. At both venues, there was an overall improvment in standards particularly of Kicking Techniques and Stances. The External Examiner commented on the higher standards of the 9th and 10th Kups in comparison to last year’s Gradings. The first Examination for Adults also took place, with top mark score of 25 being recorded. This was also the first time that the new streamlined Self-Defence and Fixed Sparring Syllabus was examined, which was designed to make these disciplines more realistic. Changes to our previous such syllabus was made at the recommendation of the ICTF, so as to make this a more integral part of our TaeKwon-Do.
